Solved. Bug: iOS payments to other Neat users



  • As mentioned in the in-app message (for users on our latest version), some iOS users are currently experiencing an issue with making payments to other Neat users.

    We're solving this, but in the meantime, if you are having trouble making a transfer to another Neat user, please log out to fix the issue.

    To log out simply go to Profile > Log Out. If you login again it will work. We are fixing this issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.



  • Please make sure to download the latest update (just released), this should solve this issue.
