Stuck after login in
Just finished my account set up and validated all the steps.
I'm now trying to access the account via APP but after inputing the password the app get stuck on a "congratulations" screen, leaving me no other option than clicking in the "contact our amazing support" link.
Isn't it possible to start using the app without receiving the card?
Actually, that's absolutely normal: the app is for working with the card, so there is nothing to access if the card is not received and activated yet. Are you trying to access your business dashboard? Sorry to inform you it's only accessible via your browser.
